DEEP DIVE WORKSHOPS
LETS WORK TOGETHER
FOUR HOURS FOR YOURSELF
A focused space to understand yourself, explore what matters and go deeper.
WORKSHOP · 4 HOURS · FOR INDIVIDUALS, PRIVATE GROUPS & RETREATS
Sometimes you don't need a year-long programme. You need an afternoon with the right questions, enough time to stay with them, and nowhere else you need to be.
Four Hours for Yourself is a private workshop built around one theme that matters to you. It can be created for one person, shared with a small group of friends, or woven into a yoga or wellness retreat as a space for reflection, conversation and deeper self-understanding.
Unlike a regular coaching session, four hours gives us time to go beneath the immediate question. We can explore where a pattern comes from, how it shows up in your life, what keeps it in place and, most importantly, what you may want to do differently.
The topic is chosen around you or your group, and the workshop combines coaching, guided reflection, practical exercises, conversation and meditation or embodiment practices where appropriate.
FOUR QUESTIONS WE EXPLORE
I love the four-question structure in your corporate workshop, so I would create an equivalent here rather than going straight into a list of topics.
What keeps repeating?
What situations, relationships, thoughts or emotional reactions seem to bring me back to the same place?
What have I learned to believe about myself?
Which beliefs about my worth, needs, emotions, relationships or what I should be may no longer belong to who I am today?
What do I actually need?
When I move beyond expectations, approval and what everyone else needs from me, what is true for me?
What would it look like to live differently?
What boundary, conversation, decision or small change could begin moving me towards the life and relationships I actually want?
COMMON THEMES
Every workshop is different, but some of the themes we can explore include:
-
Understanding where your sense of value comes from and what happens when worth becomes dependent on achievement, approval or being needed.
-
Recognising where you end and another person begins, understanding your limits and learning to communicate them without unnecessary guilt.
-
Exploring why saying no, disappointing someone or being misunderstood can feel so uncomfortable — and what changes when you stop organising your life around other people's reactions.
-
Looking at how you connect, adapt, withdraw, over-give or protect yourself, and what gets in the way of more honest relationships.
-
Moving beyond confidence as performance and developing the quieter confidence that comes from knowing yourself and trusting your own decisions.
-
Getting clearer on what actually matters to you and whether the life you are living reflects it.
-
The workshop begins with what is most alive for you.
PARTICIPANTS LEAVE WITH
✓ A deeper understanding of yourself
Greater clarity around the pattern, question or situation you came with.
✓ Awareness of what sits underneath it
Not only what you do, but what may be driving it.
✓ Practical tools to take with you
Questions, exercises and practices you can return to after the workshop.
✓ A clearer way forward
One or more concrete changes you want to begin practising in everyday life.
And perhaps most importantly, four uninterrupted hours in which your inner world gets your full attention.
DESIGNED AROUND YOU
No two people arrive with the same story. No two workshops should be exactly the same.
Before we meet, you will receive a short reflection so I can understand what you would most like to explore. For private groups and retreats, the workshop is shaped around the intention of the group and adapted to the setting.
The purpose isn't to cover as much material as possible. It is to spend enough time with the right material for something meaningful to shift.

FAQs
-
Life coaching is a guided process of self-discovery that helps you understand your patterns, rebuild self-esteem, and develop healthy boundaries. Unlike therapy, coaching is forward-focused and practical – you’ll gain clarity on why certain situations keep repeating, and develop the tools to change them. Most clients notice real shifts within the first few sessions.
-
Therapy typically focuses on healing and processing the past. Coaching uses that understanding as a foundation – but the focus is on creating real, tangible change in how you live right now. It’s about building self-worth, learning to set boundaries, and breaking patterns – not just understanding them.
-
That’s exactly who this work is for. Most clients arrive knowing something is off but unable to name it. We don’t need a clear diagnosis to start – just the willingness to look honestly. Together we find the pattern underneath, and once you can see it, you have the power to change it.
-
No. Many people come simply feeling flat, directionless, or like they’ve lost themselves. You don’t need a crisis. You just need the sense that something isn’t quite right – and the readiness to explore it.
