CORPORATE WORKSHOPS
LETS WORK TOGETHER
ENGAGED & HIGH-TRUST TEAMS
Helping people speak up, contribute and do their best work.
WORKSHOP · 4 HOURS · FOR ORGANISATIONS
Helping people speak up, handle feedback, contribute ideas and understand why their work matters.
People don't leave their emotions at the door when they come to work. A difficult comment in a meeting, uncomfortable feedback, conflict with a colleague or the feeling that their voice doesn't matter can occupy far more mental space than we realise.
When people spend their energy worrying about how they are perceived, taking feedback personally, avoiding mistakes or deciding whether it is safe to speak, there is less capacity left for the work itself, for creativity, courage, collaboration and performance.
This practical, interactive workshop helps employees understand their own reactions, communicate more openly and contribute to a working environment where people feel safe enough to ask, challenge, learn and participate.
Built on 20+ years of experience across corporate and international environments, including EY and Taylor Wessing — practical, human and free of the usual corporate-training feel.
FOUR QUESTIONS WE EXPLORE
What do I bring into the workplace?
How do stress, perfectionism, fear of making mistakes, shame or the need for approval influence the way I work and respond under pressure?
How do we respond to one another?
Can I receive feedback, disagreement or a difficult comment without automatically experiencing it as a judgement of my value?
Can I speak up here?
Can I ask a question, admit that I don't know, challenge an idea, raise a concern or make a mistake without unnecessary fear?
Does it matter that I'm here?
Do I understand how my work contributes to something larger, and do I feel that my voice and contribution matter?
COMMON THEMES
Every team arrives with a different challenge, so the workshop is shaped around what is most relevant to your people. Common areas of focus include:
-
Creating an environment where people feel able to ask questions, contribute ideas, admit uncertainty and disagree respectfully.
-
Learning to give and receive feedback without unnecessary defensiveness, avoidance or fear of judgement.
-
Recognising how pressure, fear of mistakes and unrealistic expectations influence behaviour, communication and performance.
-
Understanding the difference between the quality of our work and our value as a person, particularly when receiving criticism, making mistakes or navigating uncertainty.
-
Communicating limits and expectations more clearly, while reducing overcommitment, resentment and the pressure to constantly accommodate others.
-
Developing greater confidence to address tension early, communicate disagreement respectfully and stay in conversation when things become uncomfortable.
-
Exploring what helps people feel included, valued and able to participate fully rather than simply being present.
-
Connecting individual work to the wider team and organisation, so people understand not only what they do, but why their contribution matters.

DESIGNED AROUND YOUR TEAM
Every team is different. Every workshop is too.
Before the workshop, we meet with HR, the team leader or commissioning contact to understand what is actually happening within the team and what you would like to change.
The workshop is then tailored accordingly, with greater emphasis where needed on psychological safety, feedback and communication, stress and perfectionism, self-worth and boundaries, difficult conversations, conflict, belonging, engagement or meaningful contribution.
